I have had braces before but at a different place. I wish my mon found this place first. This place is so cool and so much fun. The staff is super friendly and explains everything. The staff is very friendly and kind. They design it fun and interactive to the client. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing ortho care!

We love Macdonald orthodontics!!it has been absolutely amazing. The doctors are friendly and personable. And the assistants are so lovely and kind.
Plus they have frozen yogurt machines IN THE OFFICE!!

Today I went to Macdonald Orthodontics for the first time and doing a free evaluation, I felt so relieved that evertyhing was clearly explained to me and my mom. I enjoyed my time spent with Cheryl and Dr. Keith Macdonald. I was worried but the surely made me feel comfortable.

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
I really like macdonald orthodontics because you can get a treat after your appointment, and because most of the time your appointments go really fast. It also is just a fun place in general.

We went to three different consultations at three different Orthos in the Gilbert area. All were referred by friends. Out of all three of them McDonald was the most thorough and spent the most time with us. They provided their best service knowing we were going to multiple consultations. They even were kind enough to share their Xrays with me so that our daughter could possibly avoid getting the exposure at the next couple consults. I thought this was above and beyond. Dr. McDonalds approach was wonderful in the fact that he spoke directly to our daughter and helped her to be comfortable with the commitment needed with the treatment options. Ultimately we have decided to go with McDonald Ortho for our daughters treatment. They have been wonderful and we 3 weeks into our treatment plan.
So far so good! We just started but have loved the experience so far. Prices are reasonable and they are willing to work with you in a monthly fee!
