I just got my braces on at Macdonald Orthodontics and it is awesome! The whole staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. They really take care of you and explain everything so it’s easy to understand. The office is clean and comfortable and there’s even an ice cream machine and cool rewards for kids. Macdonalds staff really care about their patients, and my smile looks better than ever. Highly recommend checking them out!

Absolutely love the staff here. All of the front desk staff are so kind and makes scheduling Or rescheduling super easy. The dental staff are very caring and make sure that you understand everything that’s happening in the process.

Everyone is so kind and funny. I was scared when I first went it but I was welcomed in with open arms. I’m treated like I’ve been going to this office for years and all the staff is so nice when it comes to make you feel comfortable.

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.

Macdonald Orthodontics is hands down the BEST orthodontist on the East Valley. The staff is always pleasant, professional, and friendly. Whether you're at the Mesa, Gilbert, or newly opened Queen Creek office, you are welcomed and treated like family. Dr. Rob is absolutely amazing and a true gem. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and cares about providing top-notch service with incomparable results.
Our son completed phase 1 treatment already, my husband and I are beginning our Invisalign journey to maintain our previous orthodontist treatment from our teenage years. Our son will soon begin his full treatment and achieve that golden million dollar smile that in my opinion only Macdonald Orthodontics can a achieve.

Best orthodontist I’ve ever been to! It’s easy to sign in, and the brushing station is straightforward. All of the people who work there are friendly and easy to talk to. An added bonus, they have an ice cream machine, which is fun for kids and adults alike.
Amazing experience. In under 2 years i’ve had a complete change in my smile and lot more confidence due to it. i had springs and spacers but the doctors made the experience so welcoming and fun. They always have music, a movie playing, ice cream, and awards. The doctors were always nice and made sure i wasn’t in pain.
