Excellent staff! They are so nice, always explain what they are doing and they talk to my child while they are working on her. Her teeth and smile look amazing and she had a complicated case. I highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in, it feels so welcoming! Every single staff member is the sweetest. Dr. Macdonald made me feel comfortable and at ease .

I love all the staff at the Mesa location. They are always welcoming and kind. My daughter usually sees Stephanie. Stephanie is so great because she asks my daughter a lot of questions, she make sure she's comfortable at all times, and she's always encouraging.

The ortho its self is very clean and organized with very polite staff members. After you get a cleaning they always have some special new flavor ready for you as an award!
They're all amazing people with a great personality and on your first appointment day you get a free t shirt. You also earn points for wearing you t shirt!

The employees were really nice and they were very thorough with their work. I thought they performed wonderfully. Macdonald also serves frozen yogurt after you are done with your appointment and they have a new flavor every month.

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.

I have a very shy and skittish eight-year-old who very obviously needed braces. She was getting her adult teeth but had no more room in her mouth for her fast-coming teeth. I have waited a few months to write this review in hopes of giving people the honest truth and not just first impressions. From the first moment we walked into MacDonald Orthodontics, we have been treated like family. We were given a tour the first time we were there and were encouraged to ask as many questions as we wanted. I was shocked when my very shy eight-year-old started asking her own questions, they were very patient with her as she asked a million questions. I was so impressed by them, but my daughter was very nervous about the thought of actually getting braces. Were quickly entering month two with braces. The staff has been beyond amazing, they have been so patient and gentle with her. They explain what they're doing that day to ease her nerves, and she always feels comfortable asking them to wait if she needs a minute. I am so thankful for every single person at MacDonald's they are all so wonderful and make every visit special.
We recently moved to AZ, and needed a new ortho for my son. I visited a few offices and I made the decision to go with Macdonald Orthodontics, the staff was super friendly from the first call with Steph, and Tammy to the actual visit with dr Robert and Dray. Dr explain everything was super nice and even took time to talk about sports with my son. Dray was really gentle and talked us through everything that was happening. I could not be any more happy with the services I will definitely be recommending Macdonald Orthodontics to all my friends.
From the time I walked into the office, everything was perfect! The staff is so nice and welcoming. It was my first time going in there and getting braces. Kris was the person who worked on me, and she was so helpful in explaining everything. Super sweet! I can’t wait to go back, and let’s not forget about the yummy ice cream! :)
