Are you kidding me!? 4th child going through this office and it still feels as new and exciting as our first visits. These wonderful people "get it" when it comes to customer experiences and they set a very high bar and have lots of fun doing it!!
I'm not sure we'd actually have more children to keep going, but almost. :)

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
Great experience each time we return. Results are wonderful and time seems to be going by fast! Clean office, bubbly staff, and an outstanding doctor!
Everyone at the office was so welcoming and friendly. They were able to ease my daughter’s anxiety. Questions were thoroughly answered and we did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision.
Macdonald Orthodontics is an amazing place. All of the people that work here are really nice, they always are very helpful and make sure that I feel comfortable with my braces.
