Are you kidding me!? 4th child going through this office and it still feels as new and exciting as our first visits. These wonderful people "get it" when it comes to customer experiences and they set a very high bar and have lots of fun doing it!!
I'm not sure we'd actually have more children to keep going, but almost. :)

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
This office is so much fun with their beach theme the office and staff are wonderful andvery friendly! We love coming here and thanks to the frozen yogurt machine it makes my daughter love coming weekly for her visits!!
Once we were told that our daughter would need an expander and braces and not knowing where to go, I was so excited to find that my childhood orthodontist office opened another location closer to where we live now. I was about to drive 45 minutes to Mesa. The entire office is staffed with amazing people.
You all are not only amazing at what you do but are also super-duper nice! The ice cream is delicious, the puppy is adorable, and it's awesome that everyone is in the same room watching movies during appointments! Thank you so much for your professional care!
My whole family has gone through Macdonald and would refer them to anyone looking for a good orthodontist in the area! Adults and kids. They are great
