I have had braces before but at a different place. I wish my mon found this place first. This place is so cool and so much fun. The staff is super friendly and explains everything. The staff is very friendly and kind. They design it fun and interactive to the client. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing ortho care!

We love Macdonald orthodontics!!it has been absolutely amazing. The doctors are friendly and personable. And the assistants are so lovely and kind.
Plus they have frozen yogurt machines IN THE OFFICE!!

Today I went to Macdonald Orthodontics for the first time and doing a free evaluation, I felt so relieved that evertyhing was clearly explained to me and my mom. I enjoyed my time spent with Cheryl and Dr. Keith Macdonald. I was worried but the surely made me feel comfortable.

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
Amazing staff, service, and quality! Their staff is so friendly and patient, and they go out of their way to help you feel more comfortable. The place itself is super clean, and they’re taking additional safety measures during COVID. I also love that they use the Patient Rewards Hub as an incentive system, it makes the whole experience a lot more enjoyable for younger patients. I could say more, but there’s really not much else to say about Macdonald’s Orthodontics except that it is awesome and it’s definitely the best dental service I’ve ever had.

Best orthodontist ever, they are awesome, I love how they do things simple, and step by step, instead of just putting all the braces in your mouth at one time. Plus, having frozen yogurt every time always helps to want to go back.
They are always so nice to us, and they treat the patients amazing!!! In the entire time I have been there I have only had one person that seemed a little less happy, but other than that everyone is always smiling, and happy. I totally recommend!!! 😄
Everyone is so nice and it is a really great environment and you can get girft cards which is really fun
