I have had braces before but at a different place. I wish my mon found this place first. This place is so cool and so much fun. The staff is super friendly and explains everything. The staff is very friendly and kind. They design it fun and interactive to the client. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing ortho care!

We love Macdonald orthodontics!!it has been absolutely amazing. The doctors are friendly and personable. And the assistants are so lovely and kind.
Plus they have frozen yogurt machines IN THE OFFICE!!

Today I went to Macdonald Orthodontics for the first time and doing a free evaluation, I felt so relieved that evertyhing was clearly explained to me and my mom. I enjoyed my time spent with Cheryl and Dr. Keith Macdonald. I was worried but the surely made me feel comfortable.

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
The people were very nice and helpful and they explained everything to me before I got my braces .
I’m 9 years old.and it is my first time getting braces.everyone is so nice. And they explain everything so I know what is going on.I love this place!
This place is awesome. I have enjoyed coming here so many times because you get free Frozen Yogurt every time, there is a tv in the lobby to watch and more Tvs to watch when you lay back in the chairs and watch while you get your braces and teeth checked up on/upgraded. They also give you two free items to chose from if you get braces on. They even have fun little contests to participate in during the holidays (Another thing to mention there are sometimes refreshments in the lobby). The staff there are also very nice and kind to visitors. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to come or get braces here. Thanks!
All the staff are super friendly! The environment is great for kids and very welcoming with all the decor and such. Not too crowded and always has a ice cream/ sorbet machine running for kiddos at the end of their appointments
