Excellent staff! They are so nice, always explain what they are doing and they talk to my child while they are working on her. Her teeth and smile look amazing and she had a complicated case. I highly recommend!

I love all the staff at the Mesa location. They are always welcoming and kind. My daughter usually sees Stephanie. Stephanie is so great because she asks my daughter a lot of questions, she make sure she's comfortable at all times, and she's always encouraging.

The ortho its self is very clean and organized with very polite staff members. After you get a cleaning they always have some special new flavor ready for you as an award!
They're all amazing people with a great personality and on your first appointment day you get a free t shirt. You also earn points for wearing you t shirt!

The employees were really nice and they were very thorough with their work. I thought they performed wonderfully. Macdonald also serves frozen yogurt after you are done with your appointment and they have a new flavor every month.

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
All the staff at Macdonald orthodontics are super nice and they moved through the process of getting my braces on quick and easy with no problems.
My son was very nervous to be told he needs braces and baby teeth extracted but everyone there was very understanding and comforting. They walked him slowly through the whole process to help him mentally prepare and were so patient with him. I'm so grateful for their gentle touch and care with him. Fantastic group of people!!
We are early on in the braces process and treatment plan but we are extremely impressed with the office and everyone we have met and worked with. We did not feel that we were oversold a treatment plan that was unnecessary. Our recommended treatment plan is very affordable and they offer zero interest payments. The people there genuinely care about our needs and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Because of the amazing first impressions that were made, my son is actually excited and eager to get his braces on. I was not expecting him to be made so comfortable and the process explained so well to him that he would look forward to this. I'm grateful that we found this orthodontist!
This orthodontist makes everything fun. The ice cream machine plus the shirt you get. The app is really cool. I think that the actual orthodontist is really funny. They did a great job applying my braces and I’m excited to go back.
