I have had braces before but at a different place. I wish my mon found this place first. This place is so cool and so much fun. The staff is super friendly and explains everything. The staff is very friendly and kind. They design it fun and interactive to the client. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing ortho care!

We love Macdonald orthodontics!!it has been absolutely amazing. The doctors are friendly and personable. And the assistants are so lovely and kind.
Plus they have frozen yogurt machines IN THE OFFICE!!

Today I went to Macdonald Orthodontics for the first time and doing a free evaluation, I felt so relieved that evertyhing was clearly explained to me and my mom. I enjoyed my time spent with Cheryl and Dr. Keith Macdonald. I was worried but the surely made me feel comfortable.

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
I love this orthodontist! They are so nice and welcoming and I love there cute beach theme for the orthodontist office.
McDonald Orthodontics is a great place to go if you are looking for a place to get your braces on. All of the people there are so nice and helpful, and they give you a lot of great stuff in a little bag after the appointment ( lots of helpful tools to have when you get braces, a little booklet that helps you know what you can and can’t have, and some yummy snacks that are safe for braces). Another thing that is super fun is the frozen yogurt after every appointment, it always makes me happy when I get to try the new flavor of the day. Over all, McDonalds Orthodontics is an amazing place and I am so lucky I get to experience this milestone in my life with them.

Macdonald Orthodontics is hands down the BEST orthodontist on the East Valley. The staff is always pleasant, professional, and friendly. Whether you're at the Mesa, Gilbert, or newly opened Queen Creek office, you are welcomed and treated like family. Dr. Rob is absolutely amazing and a true gem. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and cares about providing top-notch service with incomparable results.
Our son completed phase 1 treatment already, my husband and I are beginning our Invisalign journey to maintain our previous orthodontist treatment from our teenage years. Our son will soon begin his full treatment and achieve that golden million dollar smile that in my opinion only Macdonald Orthodontics can a achieve.
