Are you kidding me!? 4th child going through this office and it still feels as new and exciting as our first visits. These wonderful people "get it" when it comes to customer experiences and they set a very high bar and have lots of fun doing it!!
I'm not sure we'd actually have more children to keep going, but almost. :)

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
We went to 2 places before deciding which orthodontist to pick. After coming to MacDonald Orthodontics is was clear they were the better facility. They diagnosed things we knew were an issue going in, but the other facility said nothing about it (speech issues and extreme overbite). The facility is nice, has things to keep it fun for the kids since going through braces can be tough on them. Everyone there is friendly and engaging. So glad with our decision to come here!

The workers are so nice. They also have pretty colors to chose for your bands. They have good service as well. Finally they have good frozen yougurt if your teeth are sore from the rubber bands.
