Excellent staff! They are so nice, always explain what they are doing and they talk to my child while they are working on her. Her teeth and smile look amazing and she had a complicated case. I highly recommend!

I love all the staff at the Mesa location. They are always welcoming and kind. My daughter usually sees Stephanie. Stephanie is so great because she asks my daughter a lot of questions, she make sure she's comfortable at all times, and she's always encouraging.

The ortho its self is very clean and organized with very polite staff members. After you get a cleaning they always have some special new flavor ready for you as an award!
They're all amazing people with a great personality and on your first appointment day you get a free t shirt. You also earn points for wearing you t shirt!

The employees were really nice and they were very thorough with their work. I thought they performed wonderfully. Macdonald also serves frozen yogurt after you are done with your appointment and they have a new flavor every month.

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
