Are you kidding me!? 4th child going through this office and it still feels as new and exciting as our first visits. These wonderful people "get it" when it comes to customer experiences and they set a very high bar and have lots of fun doing it!!
I'm not sure we'd actually have more children to keep going, but almost. :)

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
Macdonald orthodontics cares about you. They will try there very best to help make you’re smile the best it can be!they are such a good team. They care about your safety and happiness! You get sorbet after every appointment! I 100% recommend this orthodontist!
It was my first time going, super super friendly they make you feel SO Comfortable. The best part is at the end of the appointment you get free frozen yogurt ☺️
We absolutely love going to MacDonalds Orthodontics! From the moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Everything is clean and the movie in the waiting room is a great addition while we wait to be called back. All of the assistants are very sweet and truly seem to care about what they do!
We are very impressed with Macdonald orthodontics. Everyone is very welcoming and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter is comfortable. The office gives off a fun vibe with free ice cream and prizes with each visit. Mr. Macdonald is very friendly and takes time to explain everything to his patients with full transparency. We are very happy so far with this office!
