I have had braces before but at a different place. I wish my mon found this place first. This place is so cool and so much fun. The staff is super friendly and explains everything. The staff is very friendly and kind. They design it fun and interactive to the client. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing ortho care!

We love Macdonald orthodontics!!it has been absolutely amazing. The doctors are friendly and personable. And the assistants are so lovely and kind.
Plus they have frozen yogurt machines IN THE OFFICE!!

Today I went to Macdonald Orthodontics for the first time and doing a free evaluation, I felt so relieved that evertyhing was clearly explained to me and my mom. I enjoyed my time spent with Cheryl and Dr. Keith Macdonald. I was worried but the surely made me feel comfortable.

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
We are new to Macdonald orthodontics. We just got our son’s braces on and they were very gentle with him. I also feel they are very honest. There’s not to many orthodontist out there that say braces are not anything that need to be done for the kids. Today we also got my daughter’s teeth evaluated with her and she is barely on the spectrum. They worked with her so well and explained every step to get her through the appointment that could have been very difficult. We are so happy we chose Macdonald orthodontics!

Dr. Rob and all the staff are so kind and helpful. I love how they explain every step so clearly and are happy to answer any question. I always feel that our time is important even if the office is busy. They are amazing!
