We highly recommend Macdonald Orthodontics. My daughter is 8 and was so scared but the staff were amazing which made her feel so comfortable and so was Mr Macdonald. The treatment and everything about this location is 10/10 for sure! So excited to see my daughter’s new smile.

Macdonald Orthodontics is an amazing place. All of the people that work here are really nice, they always are very helpful and make sure that I feel comfortable with my braces. Macdonald Orthodontics is hands down the BEST orthodontist on the East Valley. The staff is always pleasant, professional, and friendly. Whether you're at the Mesa, Gilbert, or newly opened Queen Creek office, you are welcomed and treated like family. Dr. Rob is absolutely amazing and a true gem. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and cares about providing top-notch service with incomparable results.

Our son completed phase 1 treatment already, my husband and I are beginning our Invisalign journey to maintain our previous orthodontist treatment from our teenage years. Best orthodontist I’ve ever been to! It’s easy to sign in, and the brushing station is straightforward. All of the people who work there are friendly and easy to talk to. An added bonus, they have an ice cream machine, which is fun for kids and adults alike.

We recently moved to AZ, and needed a new ortho for my son. I visited a few offices and I made the decision to go with Macdonald Orthodontics, the staff was super friendly from the first call with Steph, and Tammy to the actual visit with dr Robert and Dray. Dr explain everything was super nice and even took time to talk about sports with my son. Dray was really gentle and talked us through everything that was happening. I could not be any more happy with the services I will definitely be recommending Macdonald Orthodontics to all my friends.

My son was very nervous to be told he needs braces and baby teeth extracted but everyone there was very understanding and comforting. They walked him slowly through the whole process to help him mentally prepare and were so patient with him. I'm so grateful for their gentle touch and care with him. Fantastic group of people!!
