Are you kidding me!? 4th child going through this office and it still feels as new and exciting as our first visits. These wonderful people "get it" when it comes to customer experiences and they set a very high bar and have lots of fun doing it!!
I'm not sure we'd actually have more children to keep going, but almost. :)

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
I'm a new patient and I'm excited to get started. The staff has been very nice and helpful. Lastly, I can't forget that I love the frozen yogurt machine :-)
We love MacDonals orthodontics! They are always so nice and friendly. They take the time to explain what they are doing and help you feel comfortable. We also love their shirts!
