Are you kidding me!? 4th child going through this office and it still feels as new and exciting as our first visits. These wonderful people "get it" when it comes to customer experiences and they set a very high bar and have lots of fun doing it!!
I'm not sure we'd actually have more children to keep going, but almost. :)

Today was our first visit and they were on time and the staff was all very friendly. The dr answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him.
We love Macdonald Orthodontics. The staff is kind and friendly and they have taken excellent care of my daughter's teeth. We have already seen improvements with her teeth and can't wait for the end product. My daughter's favorite part is their ice cream but she loves Dr. Macdonald too!
We love Dr. McDonald. He is friendly, professional and has always made a great experience for my children.
MacDonald orthodontist is a great place there's movies, icecream, the workers are great, and and when you first come to the orthodontist there's prizes. MacDonald orthodontist is a great place totally recemend it.
I'm so glad my dad chose these guys. Everyone is nice and they know what they're doing. They even have this reward system and they also have ice cream! 10/10 in my book.
